This gate latch hardware features an innovative design that lets you place the latch on either side of your gate depending on the side you wish to open and close it from. The fence gate latch also can be hooked up to a padlock to help you feel safer within your home.

Fence gate latch is for all wooden and vinyl gate weights and lengths with a gate gap of 3/4-inch to 1-1/4-inches
ASTM B117 Salt-Spray tested and passed, withstands 10-year-span open and close testing, averaging 5.5 openings per day
Innovative latch design allows easy installation for placement on either side of the gate
Gate latch hardware has a wrap-around design for added strength
Accepts a padlock for added security
Includes 1 heavy-duty latch, 1 striker, 10 1-inch Phillips screws and 4 nylon spacers for quick installation
Stainless steel construction offers strength
Works with gates 2-1/2-inch or larger upright and with post dimensions 2-3/4-inches or larger for a secure fit
