This Devcon Devco H2 Hold Underwater Epoxy works best on PVC, fiberglass, plastic, wood, metal, glass, and masonry. Super-strong, this Devcon epoxy has an 1800 PSI bond strength. It dries white and can be applied underwater. Highly durable, this underwater epoxy is shock and vibration resistant and has a flexible bond that bends without breaking. For convenience, it is easy to use.
