The ratchet nylon suspension system and pillowed brow band inside the hard hat act as a shock absorber, keeping the shell away from the user's head. The brow band's moisture-wicking properties helps keep workers cool. Workers can easily adjust the ratchet dial at the rear of the suspension system to make sure they get a snug fit.
