EASY TO DIGEST - KMR is highly palatable and formulated with a special fiber blend for easy digestion and improved gut health.

The calorie content of the powder is 4494 kcal/kg or 29.6 kcal/tbsp. The calorie content is 12.4 kcal/tbsp when the powder is reconstituted 1:2.
EASY-TO-MIX FORMULA - Whisk or shake 1 part powdered KMR into 2 parts warm water to room or body temperature before serving. Do not mix more KMR than can be consumed in 24 hours. Do not use a blender. All kittens should receive their mother's milk for at least 2 days, if possible. The colostrum milk gives extra nutrition and temporary immunity against some diseases. DIRECTIONS FOR FEEDING: Feed kittens 2 tablespoons (30mL) of liquid KMR per 4 oz. (115g) of body weight daily. The daily feeding amount should be divided into equal portions for each feeding. Kittens' needs will vary and this amount may have to be increased or decreased, depending on the individual. Young and/or weak kittens should be fed every 3 to 4 hours. Older kittens can do well being fed every 8 hours. Weigh the kittens daily to assure adequate feeding. When kittens are old enough to lap, begin offering reconstituted KMR in a saucer. STORAGE - Unopened container should be stored in a cool, dry place. Opened container can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 months and then must be refrigerated (up to 1 additional month). Opened container can be frozen for up to 6 months to preserve freshness. Use product before best by date stamped on container. Reconstituted liquid must be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
- The PetAg 2 oz. (60mL) Small Animal Nurser is suited for feeding most kittens.
- Pregnant and Nursing Mothers: Feed 2 teaspoons (4g) KMR powder per 5 lbs. (2.2kg) body weight daily.
- Growing kittens already on solid food, show cats and/or convalescing cats: Feed 1 teaspoon (2g) KMR powder per 5 lbs. (2.2kg) body weight daily by top dressing food.
- Consult your veterinarian for additional advice.
During the 6th week, mix reconstituted KMR with KMR 2nd Step Kitten Weaning Food. Use of the KMR and 2nd Step will allow the kitten to be gradually switched to solid food.
