Home Fresh Extra Egg Layer Free Range is a pelleted feed for laying hens and game birds (turkeys and pheasants). Feed as the sole diet along with fresh water at all times. The suggested feeding program is intended solely as a guide. The variables of management, environment and breed may dictate changes in the animal's dietary requirements.
We recommend in most cases, you slowly transition your animal when changing to a Kent/Blue Seal product or even between Kent/Blue Seal products. This allows the animal's digestive tract to properly adjust to the feed. To help with the transition, we recommend slowly mixing the new Kent/Blue Seal product in with your current feed and then gradually increase over the course of one week to 100% of the new Kent/Blue Seal product.
