The Reelworks Retractable Air Hose Reel is crafted of heavy-duty impact-resistant lightweight durable polypropylene. The reel features an enclosed spring driven case and a newly designed swivel hose inlet connection protecting against leaks. The 3/8 in. x 50 ft. premium commercial flex hybrid polymer hose has a working pressure of 300 PSI / 20 bar with 1/4 in. MNPT connections. It also includes a 36 in. (0.9 m) lead-in hose and adjustable hose stopper and non-snag rollers with a 180-degree swivel bracket. Utilizing double adjustment enclosed multi-position release ratchet spring, locking the hose at any desired length. Automatic Guide System retracts the hose orderly way with no pile up. The premium flex hybrid polymer hose has a superior bend radius, abrasion and puncture resistance and no memory (eliminating kinks) and lays flat. The hose is also resistant to water/oil, ozone, weather and abrasion and works in tough conditions of -40F to 176F (-40C to 80C), for the best advantage to suit your needs. Our hose reels are cull quality tested. Reelworks reels are best suited for indoor/outdoor use, night or day environments, for DIY or industrial applications, allowing for extension to be up out of the way keeping the workplace safe.
