The graphite-impregnated fiberglass resists creosote and soot adhesion that, in turn, offers better abrasion resistance and temperatures up to 1000 degrees F (530 degrees C). The braiding of the gasket and the staying power of RUTLAND adhesive cement combine to make sure this gasket lasts much longer without failing or coming off. All of this makes Grapho-Glas Gaskets the best choice for replacing your stove's gasket. So good that many stove manufacturers use Grapho-Glas as standard equipment on their stoves and fireplaces. Use RUTLAND E-Z Spread Fiberglass Stove Gasket Cement (77E, 78E) or RUTLAND Stove & Gasket Cement (77, 78) to affix.
