This blend features 3 highly rated proprietary grass seed varieties. Favored among the landscaper community because of its qualities for color, texture and exceptional mowing characteristics.

Blend offers 3 gray leaf spot resistant ryegrass varieties secretariat II GLSR, exacta II GLSR, and charismatic II GLSR
Varieties all scored very high in the NTEP trials, with exacta II GLSR the #1 ranked variety for gray leaf spot resistance
For new lawns, use 6 lbs. to 8 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. covering up to 8,330 sq. ft. for overseeding, use 3 lbs. to 4 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. covering up to 16,000 sq. ft.
