Zimecterin Gold (ivermectin 1.55% / praziquantel 7.75%) provides effective treatment and control of worms in horses including: Tapeworms, Small and Large Strongyles, Pinworms, Ascarids, Hairworms, Large-mouth Stomach Worms, Bots, Lungworms, Intestinal Threadworms, Summer Sores and Dermatitis cause by neck threadworm microfilariae.1

  • Controls 47 species and stages of parasites, more than any other equine dewormer1
  • Effective against small strongyles resistant to benzimidazole products1
  • More than 99% effective against natural tapeworm infections in horses (Anoplocephala perfoliata)1
  • Approved for use in adult horses and foals as young as 2 months old1
  • IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION ZIMECTERIN GOLD (ivermectin 1.55% / praziquantel 7.75%) may be used in horses two months of age or older. ZIMECTERIN GOLD has not been tested in mares at or near the time of breeding, pregnant or lactating mares, and breeding stallions. There have been rare reports of swelling and irritation of the mouth, lips, and tongue following administration of ZIMECTERIN GOLD. These reactions have been transitory in nature. ZIMECTERIN GOLD has been formulated specifically for use in horses only. This product should not be used in other animal species as severe adverse reactions, including fatalities in dogs, may result.
